Teachers Are People

In this video we can see an example that many students do not like going to school because they do not feel comfortable in class, this problem occurs due to lack of intrinsic or extrinsic motivation from the teacher. I think that the students need to feel that the teacher really cares about them; if students fell supported and value, they are far more likely to be motivated to learn and go to eschool.
