Classroom Management

This step is a succession of practicalities for the language classroom, It is to grapple with what we call classroom management, which encompasses an abundance of factors ranging from how you physically arrange the classroom. By understanding what some of the variables are in classroom management, you can take some important steps to sharpening your skills as a language teaching.

Chalkboard use:
The chalkboard is one of your greatest allies. For this reason you can take advantage of this instant visual aid by profusely using the chalkboard. At the same time, try to be neat and orderly in your chalkboard.

Your voice:
One of the first requirements of good teaching is good voice projections. When you talk, project your voice so that the person sitting farthest away from you can hear you clearly.

Giving instructions:
When the teachers give instructions, it is important for them to check that the students have understood what they are being asked to do. This can be achieved either by asking a student to explain the activity after the teacher has given the instruction or by getting someone to show the other people in the class how the exercise works.
